Damask Teal and Navy Wedding

Last summer my best friend got married, and as her maid of honor, I was given the opportunity to do everything "paper" for her wedding.  My sister helped us throughout the entire process, and I couldn't be more grateful to have her!

This wedding was absolutely beautiful, and we had the most gorgeous Chicago day!  The wedding colors also matched perfectly with the reception venue.

Since both the bride and groom live in and love Chicago, we decided to do Chicago street signs for the table numbers.  I LOVE how these turned out!

With my sister Beth's help (and the help of her lovely Cricut) we made the escort cards with the same bracket shape cutout as the invitation enclosure.

The bride had such a great vision for her invitations, and I think they turned out amazing.  It stated with a custom enclosure, made out of a bracket shape.  They were cut individually with the Cricut.

With all of the pieces inside, the invitations were finished off with a navy ribbon and custom monogram wax seal (which my sister patiently stamped for me)

I was able to make each piece unique, but all coordinated.

We also used this custom bracket to create the wedding programs.  With a traditional Catholic wedding ceremony, the program was quite long for how compact we wanted to make it.  We decided to do a booklet within the custom bracket cover. These were tied closed with a navy ribbon

The bride is a candy FANATIC, so she of course had a candy bar.  We used the same bracket shape for the candy labels, and my wonderful sister made the adorable "love is sweet" banner.

I love how everything about this wedding coordinated, and I'm really proud of the work that we put into this.  I had a great time creating everything, and I'm still sad that it's over!
